Hi girls,
I decided that I will try to update training events and training log for you since no one is doing it. Please visit the bolg for future training schedules and events. I shall start for today.
Fitness training log:1) 2.4km run 20 mins
2) Circuit training
- Steps x 20 each leg
- dips x 15
- squat 1 min
- sit-up/crunches 1 min(min 30 times)
- plank 1 min
we did 2 sets of the circuit training today.
3) 10 min game with netball C girls. ( I think you gals have done pretty well considering you are not netballers.. keep up the good work!! I have spoken to Ms Tan and she agreed to have soccer game with us but will be after the netball zonal games.. so you will have the chance to show your power!!)
Next training will be this friday at 3.30pm. Coach will be here. Please also take note that there will be a CCA carnival this sat from 7.30am to 12.30pm. I am not sure if I will include everyone which is highly possible. So be prepare to come on sat.
