Girls, attendance is not good yesterday. I know that some of you know that it is fitness training and therefore, you wouldn't want to attend. This is not a correct attitude! Coming to training should be something that you should be looking towards to.. a time to build up your skills, a time to hang out with your teammates and have fun together. I know sometimes it is tough and difficult but you must train up your determination and mentality! I appreciate those who turn up regularly but those are always absent(you know who you are), you ought to feel ashamed of yourself!
Sad to say it rained during your warm-up and so we went to the gym. Training is less intense this week when we are supposed to step up the intensity. So next week we need to work harder..
Training log on 13/01/10:- 15 minutes on treadmill (speed 8.8)/bicycle(resistant 4)
- 5 minutes stretching
- 15 mintues on treadmill (speed 8.8)/bicycle(resistant 6)
- 5 minutes stretching
- 30 minutes basketball game
Next week, we will play among ourselves... we play tag rubgy ok?
