fartlek(half field) x 15 min
strengthing exercises:1. planks x 1min
2. push-up x 20times
3. sit-up/crunches x 30times
4. sisscors x 20times
5. calf raise x 25 times
(we did 3 sets of the above.)

Personally, I think most of you have improved your stamina. But in order to perform better during game time, we need to work harder than this. And the attendance needs to get better too. Let's us work together as a team and encourage those who didn't want to turn up to come for training.
Side note:I asked my form class this today...Imagine you are driving a 2-seater sports car and it is raining cats and dogs. You saw 3 people taking shelter at a bus stop.
