Static stretching
Sprints:2 x 5m, 10m sprint 5 sets
with 10 secs rest between setsstrength endurance (3 sets of which you only complete 2):
- Push-up x 20
- crunches x 30
- lunges(half field)
- scissors x 30
- calf raise x 20
Cardio exercises:2.4km(supposed to be completed within 15 mins)
2.4km Timing:Caeley 12:30 min
Nadira 15:15 min
Irfasha 15:28 min
Weixuan 15:50 min
Farhannah 17:35 min
Queenie 17:35 min
An'nuur Gave up halfway thru' due to injury
Farah didn't run due to injury

Chris wanted to train but gave up in the end
and girls, you forgot to stretch and cool down!! this is very important!! I have mentioned before... cool down exercises will help to prevent and reduce injury. So please remember the next time!!! Overall, 2.4km timing is not very ideal... u gota work harder. I am sure you are capable of more! We will do something similar next wed morning and I will be taking your beep test after CNY. Please be prepare for it.
