    B girls match against Siglap last week has been postponed to this Friday due to the unfavorable weather. Today they will play against Queensway. Both games will be difficult as opponents are strong. Gals, focus and concentrate on your game and play well... do not be bothered by your opponent. You just need to do your best and play as if you are the CHAMPION! and you will be champion. Remember to always keep your cool. You need no luck cos you are playing with your true ability and you will win the game!

    Sec 1 cardio timing is not good... only manage to complete 10 runs in more than 20 minutes. Let's work harder on this.. I am looking forward for you to join the sec 2s in their fitness training.
